Our aim
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our design and development target. This is an ongoing aim, not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance. Accessibility can vary with the browser and assistive technology you use.
Using this website
Our approach prioritises:
- Clear headings, meaningful links and readable language.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Layouts that adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and appropriate treatment of decorative images.
- Sufficient text contrast and respect for reduced motion preferences.
You can use your browser’s zoom and accessibility settings to adjust how content is displayed. Links to external websites may lead to content with different accessibility support.
Report a barrier
If something prevents you from accessing information, please reach us through our contact details. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. If helpful, tell us which browser or assistive technology you were using. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
You can also request company or service information in another format. Tell us the format you need and how we can reply. We will consider the request and discuss a practical way to help.
Ongoing improvement
We use feedback to identify barriers and guide improvements. This statement will be updated as the website and our accessibility approach change.
